Company Overview

Twisted Cycle is a fitness experience that combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), indoor cycling, and strength training; all tracked by state-of-the-art technology. By Implementing the effectiveness of traditional strength training and total body HIIT exercises, Twisted Cycle is designed to build lean muscle, burn fat and create community in a high-energy and encouraging environment. We want everyone who works at Twisted Cycle to embed themselves in our 3 C’s, Character, Community, and Culture.

Job Summary

Twisted Cycle is looking for top-notch TRAINERS that are willing to go above and beyond for our members. Twisted Cycle TRAINERS play a vital role in implementing our company culture, facilitating relationships through fitness, and providing a world-class fitness experience for anyone that walks through our doors. You will be required to run our group fitness classes, follow the daily workout protocol, help the sales associates when needed, and keep our members coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

Must complete and pass the entire TrainerU training process
Deliver the Twisted Cycle workout to an outstanding standard for members of all fitness levels
Ability to modify exercises to accommodate injuries or other preventatives
Retain the studio’s members through intentional engagement while providing an excellent Twisted Cycle experience
Grow a studio’s memberships through the Twisted Cycle sales process
Uphold studio appearance as a team player while advancing the Twisted Cycle culture of a positive work environment
Engage and curate member and employee relationships inside and outside of the studio.

Qualifications

Are enthusiastic, energetic, confident, and outgoing
Utilize interpersonal skills to engage members daily
Have active nationally accredited group fitness certifications
Are adaptable and coachable
Can lead and replicate the Twisted Cycle experience
Have the willingness to follow our sales system
Have excellent communication skills
Are a team player
Can command a room

Compensation: $25.00 - $61.00 per hour
